Final year students?

Results of Summer Examination 2020 for regular students excluding final Semester/year students Announced on 14/07/2020.

Also, the final Semester/year students and their backlog subjects have been examined by the board and the result of these students has been announced on 03/11/2020.

For Carreforward students?

Also, students who are not eligible for admission in the next Semester/year have been given eligibility for admission for the academic year 2020-2021 under the Carreforward scheme.

1st & 2nd-year student's backlog exams?

Summer Examination of Backlog Subjects for Students Entering 2nd, 3rd Year and Carry Forward Scheme 2020 (e.g. Backlog Subjects for First and Second Semesters for Third Semester Students and 4th, 3rd, 2nd and 1st Semester Backlog Subjects for Fifth Semester) It was informed that the Academic Year 2020-21 odd Semester before the end exams will be held at the institution level.

Akhil Bharatiya Tantrashikshan Parishad accredited (Engineering and Pharmaceutical) as well as Government approved short term courses All the students except final year, remaining all year backlog subject practical examinations will be conducted orally at the institute level using the online system.

For this, a practical test will be conducted using various meeting applications.  If it is not possible, then the practical examination will be conducted by telephone at the institute level.

Even after all the above efforts, if it is not possible to take the practical examination of the students, the marks will be given to such students on the basis of their work schedule, journals, continuous evaluation.

All the institutes have been declared as examination centers so that the written examinations at the institute, the level will be conducted by the institute where the students are admitted.

Akhil Bharatiya Tantrashikshan Parishad recognized (Engineering and Pharmaceutical) courses as well as government-approved short term courses for all the students except final year students. In other year students, backlog theory exams will be taken online from the institute by using the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ).

The pattern of Examination?

• Students need to solve 30 out of 40 questions in this exam  
• Each question will be 01 marks
• The duration of this examination will be 01 hours
• These 40 questions will be based on the entire syllabus
• Backlog theory exams will be taken online from the institute by using the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)
• Students can take this exam using Smart Mobile Phone / Laptop / Tablet / Desktop etc. from where they are currently residing.

For drawing subjects marks evaluation?

As Drawing is included in the syllabus of the subject, it is not possible to take the examination of these subjects using MCQ.  The examiners will evaluate these subjects on the basis of this presentation as well as oral questions and answers.

Exact timetable/schedule of practical and written examinations?

The institute will prepare the schedule of practical and written examinations of backlog subjects and make the students aware.

For those students who don't have access to the internet, computer, mobile?

Students who don't have access to the internet, computer, mobile, etc. for the online written test.   as a last resort for students who do not have or will not be able to avail of the facility. An online examination facility will be provided/arranged by the institute at the institute.

Facilities for disabled students?

As per the rules, more time will be given for disabled students for examination and facilities will be provided to such students through institutions.

The facility of Photocopy / Verification and Reassessment is available or not?

As the format of Summer Examination 2020 to be conducted at the institution level is online, the facility of Photocopy / Verification and Reassessment in the examination rules will not be provided for Summer Examination 2020 examination.

Now, except for the final Semester/year, the examination of the remaining students for the Semester/year backlog subjects in the table mentioned below will be conducted at the institute level.
